Great Professional and Efficient Service

Upgraded my MTN contract telephonically for the first time in November 2023, since I joined MTN contract in 2010 and renewing in stores thereafter. I received a pleasant service from Precious Maela who was professional, a caring approach and able to gain my trust. She made the process quite seamless and explained all the available options (cellphone & packages). Thereafter, went even further to explain the billing changes (i.e. upgrade fee & pro-rata charges) for the following months till new contract value kicks-in, so that there are no queries from myself when monthly billing is received and debit order deducted.
