Great instore service.

I recently took over my wife's old phone. My sim was too big so I went to the closest MTN store to my house.

They said I needed to do a sim swap and for that I need to RICA again. I didn't have my ID on me so couldn't do it then. Later that day I found myself in the somerset mall and I popped into that MTN store quickly. I explained the situation and the guy looked at my sim and said "but its already an LTE sim" all confused.

So, he a took scissors and cut my existing sim to the right size. It works perfectly. I will be doing all my cell related business at the somerset mall MTN even though it's a 30 minute drive.
