Great help
After so many years of problems with the staff at MTN, I thought its only fair to compliment Bernie on his service. He called me to inform me I was due for upgrade and the upgrade fee was waived. In the past it took over an hour to upgrade in store with millions of paperwork etc, I was sorted out in 20 mins max. He was very quick and helpful. Good service I really appreciate
