Great customer service*Mtn gem*

<p>For a while I've been trying to Change my recurring contract with Mtn, when visiting a branch close to home, they were unable to assist giving me a long complicated story. Last month while at King Shaka Airport, I decided to try again at a different branch to see if there was any other way to change my contract. This is were is met Bertha, she was an absolute Gem, she got me a new contract, calling me every step of the way with feedback. She had my new phone delivered to me and ensured all my needs were met. So often we receive bad feedback. It's easy for people to complain. But Mtn you have a good worker, she went the extra mile to help a customer, she is professional and smart.
