Great customer service - Cellphone Contract Application

I wrote a review about MTN around July to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service from MTN.

Recently though, I was left in awe after the great service I received from MTN, Eastrand Mall branch. I took a cellphone contract at the store and I was assisted by a very friendly lady - Nkazimulo. The whole staff was very friendly which made the whole process smooth.

Lesson learnt: never take a MTN cellphone contact online. It’s a ****! Rather visit the physical store.
