Great customer service at MTN Morningside

After coming close to cancelling my contract with MTN, I decided to give them a chance and visit MTN in Morningside to do my upgrade again after returning my last phone within the 7days. I walked in and I was assisted by Vincent Rangwana. Even though I spent close to an hour and a half at the store because their system was done he had even suggested that they can deliver my phone at my work address if the system didn't come back. This was a pleasant experience and I will definitely go back to that store in the future if I require anything as you can tell that customer service is their number one priority.
