Great Customer Service

After endless counts of poor service experienced with MTN customer care consultants and my query not being resolved due to incompetence, I finally got a very professional gent by the name of Sibusiso (he's a customer care consultant on MTN contracts department, I was still irritated I even forgot to get his full details because I wasn't even thinking I'd write a compliment for any of the consultants because of poor service), he was very calm and paid attention when I explained my query, he identified that it was escalated to the wrong department and offered to correct the problem by doing a correct escalation for my refund to be processed.

I have never experienced such a wow service on MTN customer care line ever before hence I posted this review, I hope his manager sees this and acknowledges his hard work.. Great customer service is very crucial for the reputation of the company so such wonderful customer service needs to be rewarded by all means.
