Great customer service
I called in on the 06th of December requesting an upgrade. Ernest picked up my call and he helped me, he even told me that if I am proceeding with an upgrade while I have airtime on the phone it was going to disappear so he suggested to call me back after I have finished my airtime. he phone me back after few hour and we did an upgrade. I am glad that there are still empolyees who are willing to go an extra mile helping customers. Keep up the good work MTN
