Great Customer Care from Zininzi Konzapi

We just recently upgraded our lines with MTN, as we have been with them for 18 years. I want to commend Zininzi Konzapi, for her excellent use of tone, ability to listen to the customer, and her patience in working through solutions. She helped us on the very last day, past her last hour, and really left a lasting impression on us. Despite systems being at odds with her, she persisted. We must have spent a good hour if not more, resolving the upgrades on both lines. She is a star, and I hope somebody at MTN will recognize they have a gem on board. This is said, from somebody who teaches leadership and ethics at the high levels. I also teach customer care, and she came across very well in her execution.
