Grateful

<p>Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. It always gives me a bit of hope when a consultant actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer support, and Molefe Monnakgotla is that person.</p> <p> </p> <p>He stepped in where another, the actual sales person could not or rather refused to assist. I was being over charged by Mnt and the responsible sales person was too lazy to assist. The day Molefe logged a query on the system, she walked out of the store, (complaint has been logged)</p> <p> </p> <p>Molefe, thank you so so much for your help.
