Good day

I can't have contract with MTN by force I want it to be cancelled with immediate effect

I called in again today they keep dropping the phone on me after they tried to convince me to upgrade to another package

I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor she said it's not allowed

I would like to lay a complain about MTN I just called 135 I spoke to the lady called Tinyiko she just hang up on my when I ask her to cancel my Data line with 065 she hang up immediately

It's the second time these happens 2weeks ago I spoke to Gwen she did the something, she even promised to send me my bill, till 2day I'm still waiting she didn't even know what she was saying over the phone I don't know maybe she's new or she didn't want to work. Why are they their if they don't want to work?

Please I need these contract cancel by today!!! Is MTN a ***** now or what, I'm confused???
