GPSD killing battery life
For the last two days my phone's battery life is horrible because the process \gpsd"is draining my battery.

It is well documented that this is because the service provider has a problematic programme running on its network"

Thank you for your post.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
The GPS is a service which can be turned off, just like various other applications such as mobile data, Bluetooth, WIFI etc.if these applications are activated they do utilize a large percentage of battery life.
Another option is to switch on the power saving mode from your quick settings
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you
