The service is exponentially detoriating withing this business, have had MTN for 20 plus years and my confidence has dropped. I openned a case where I do not receive OPT then the case was closed BO*** (no explanation nothing), I phoned and only to be told to open a new one, 3 days later the case SMC/***, BO*** is closed. problem not resolved, no explanation nothing.
