Got ****med by MTN

MTN ****med me. My contract expired, i called in on the 17th of July 2023 to cancel it and instead i was referred to a Retentions department where i spoke to someone at Mobiles Plus, the guy sold me a wrong preferred package. I called in to make a reversal. It was made but then i was put back on a 24 month contract of my initial package. when i called to query it they told me they cannot do anything about it and will escalate it to the engineers. i called them everyday for them to see that it is fixed until the 30th of August when they put me through to Denolene at Retentions again. i still received a wrong package. How do i get this mess which is caused by the sales agents who **** to me.
