GOODS RETURN / NO REFUND
I ordered a rooter online from Mtn, the rooter did not work in our area (no signal for 5g) and I returned it to Mtn before 14days. I was charged for this rooter and the policy with them has been ignored by them. No payment if retuned in 30 days. I have been to the Mtn offices I have called numerous times but no answer on the refund or credit they should give me. I am absolutely furious now and will not leave this matter here. You quick to force something on a person but when it comes to refund you stay quiet and ignore. I am Mr Gavin. *** is my phone number but it is not the rooter number. Call me so we can sort this matter out

14 Sept 2025, 17:52This is our 3rd attempt on Hello Peter. A number of phone calls to Rustenburg Mtn in Waterfall mall who has send numerous emails to the Head Office who has done nothing to a query. It looks like legal steps will need to be taken. You have a policy Mtn and it's law that if you return a product before 30 days the client will be refunded if charged. You have charged us but refuse to refund or even speak to us about the matter. Your service is pathetic no client service. My name is Nr P Gavin. ***. Let's see if you will respond this time
