Goodbye Mtn
Being a loyal customer for more than 15 years means nothing! Went to upgrade @ Atterbury shop. Were told they must order the phone i want. 1 Week later went back to finf out why they didnt phone me yet and they still didnt recieve I-phone. Call Kolonade shop and were told they have 2 in stock. Because it was late on a Friday afternoon we asked them to please keep 1, gave all our details and drove there early Saturday morning. Get there and guess what they dont have any of the phones in stock and the person who helped us the previous day is suddenly not working today! How is that for service. Went next door to Vodacom and no problem get phone and is sorted in 30min. Now to cancell my contract, call service tells me the system is off and i must call the number again and again till one of the people who aswers computer may work! Thanks for the last 10years you took my money but gave no service in return Mtn!
