Goodbey MTN and your Mondo service

I am so done with MTN! It is a struggle to cancel this home internet.. my account BA*** was cancelled in July 2024, router was returned to store and still every month I’m billed for something that was cancelled. Even upgrades became a nightmare.. I couldn’t upgrade and the excuse was that I only qualify for a simcard. Thank goodness the remaining 3 contracts expires in January 2025 and I can wave good-bye to this horrible service after I had contracts for very long.
