GOOD WORKERS WHO GO EXTRA MILE TO SAVE MTN IMAGE

2 weeks ago I was angry and frustrated with MTN for not responding to my insurance issues. I am here to tell that it was not MTN that was a problem. I realize that it was about speaking to wrong people who don't know their purpose in the company. I will like to give compliment the following 3 people who went extra mile to bring back the smile For getting a good service. Their Names are as follows:TSHIDI NGELE from Riverside store in Nelspruit for comforting me and always being patient, helping me to resolve the matter. BUSI from MTN insurance for being patient and going in all offices where I demanded to be heard and delivering the message and being so patient with me wen I was boiling. NTOMBI SIBEKO for taking her time to look at my problem and brining a solution that put back the smile so back. Last time I jumped for joy like that was when I got my 1st job.
