i spoke with Khanya on the phone as i needed assistance with roaming. she assisted me whole heartedly and mange to do that for me even if the person using the sim card is out of south africa. she didnt act like mtn branch in sandton city where they told me they wont assist me because the roaming was not activated before the person went overseas. Khanya just didthe process even if i explain what happened,she didnt crush me. now the roaming is working. thank you Khanya for great service. we need people like you in mtn branches to assist us.my reference is ********** 65. hope this compliment reaches you.
