good service at eastgate branch from the door

Thanks to hello peter mtn finally responded to my insurance claim, i went to campus square they told me they do not do claims there , they are a franchise but my question was , why did i do my upgrade and insure my phone if you can not process the claim they could not answer , they told me i have to go to the big malls and be grateful that my insurance claim has been approved . on saturday 2015/08/1 i went to eastgate , i recieved a good service from the door unlike what is happening at campus square , all the people there including their manager need a training from Sello Mashiane about customer service. he loves his job and respects his customers. he is so amazing and a good aset to mtn
