Good Riddance MTN - You are a joke

I have been with MTN for 15 years or so. The longer I am with them, the more I realize how pathetic they are as a service provider. MTN does not provide a service, MTN takes your money each month and laughs at you. I have had a query with them since the 4th May 2021 via email. I had to phone them today the 25th May as there was absolutely NO feedback. Congratulations on losing a long standing customer, as soon as my contract date is up, I will be moving to a better service provider, who is willing to provide me the level of service I pay for.
