Good morning, in December i settled the contract that is supposed to end in February 2025 . I called Mtn to ask the settlement amount i was told its 6000 , i then paid but to my surprise when i called mtn customer care line to ask for my contact to be closed i was told that m still owing 4000 . I went to campus square for assistant one on the ladies helped me to call. We got hold of people that are responsible for their finances was told that the 6000 is reflecting therefore i dont owe MTN a cent, wen i call the people that should close my account they told me m still owing . I've send multiple emails to complain to MTN i got not help. Recently received the statement that shows m owing 4000. It hurts.
