Good luck trying to terminate
I've been trying to cancel my contract with MTN for over an hour with no joy, they transfer you from department to department, if they answer the call (which is a miracle) then they put you on hold for 30 minutes and terminate the call or they terminate the call immediately. I hear to call 5 times to terminate the contract.

25 Apr 2023, 11:00My woes with MTN are never ending, despite cancelling the contract on 4 January 2023, they still continue to debit my account and when I call they merely state that they will investigate the matter and, as far as I can tell, they do nothing but sit back and ********ly continue to deduct the funds.
