Good luck trying to get help from MTN Business - They do not Exist!

I have tried until I am almost blue in the face to make contact with MTN business but to no avail. There is probably nothing more **** in the world than MTN pretending it cares about it's business clients so I would seriously urge any business looking to consider them as a business partner to check their actual performance. There is only one thing MTN is capable of and that is well over price billing but apart from that are incapable of answering even the most simply query and will generally just ignore you. They promise you will have a dedicated business account manager and they simply disappear!
