Good Evening, l have a problem with MTN, actually l wouldn't advise anyone to take a contract with MTN,it is very nice when you take a contract because they are going to deduct the money from your account,l had a contract with MTN for 2 years, my contract ended in March 2021 the cancelled the contract,l was paying R329.00 if lm not mistaken,they deducted an amount of R589.00 at the end of April l called them they promised to refund my money back,they did not refund me,they deducted again at the end of May an amount of R589.00 again,l had to go to the bank and reverse the money,and they deducted the money again at the end of June and l reversed the debit order again,two weeks back l recieved a message they said that they are going to hand me to Credit Bereau for what good reasons coz l don't owe them a cent,today only to find out that they suspended my number, l can't receive a a call and l can't make a call.l used to hear ppl complaining about a contract, now l am a victim,they suspended my number because l have cancelled the contract, l have been using my number almost more than 25 years now,just wanna tell people to be careful about MTN. It's better if you buy a phone cash not to take a contract with them,
