Good day... my name Darius de lange.. I think its time that I can use you guys to start logging my issue with Mtn south africa... I made a payment where I paid too much money. I ASK NUMERIOUS OCCASIONS FROM THE 20 OF MARCH 2021 FOR THE REFUND. After numerious emails me and the call centre exchanged . Still my money is not returned in my acc. I had to borrow money to get through the last few days jusy because they did not pay back my money. That have the proof of payment and my bank statements. Still no money. On friday they promised 2 to 48hours. Still nothing.. Regards Darius..
