Good day kindly assist me with the problem I have with Mtn, the previous year I bought a contract phone at Mtn store in Soshanguve Crossing. Since the day of purchase my Sim card was not working up until November 2017.

I was going up and down trying to fix my problem with the sim card that was not working. My problem is that they don't want to refund me the money that they have been deducting while my Sim was not working.
