Good day Hope you are well I do hope you can assist me Mtn has been trying to debit money out of my bank account since last year I went to the bank where I was informed to open a ***** case,which I have done. Visiting mtn I have been informed to log a complaint and was given the information upon which I was referred to a second company. They have also rep**** that it is not them trying to collect this money I have never had an account with mtn and where do they get my personal bank details and why are they trying to do this I also have a complaint on African Bank I was under debt review for 10 years Paid off my debt, received letter to say all is paid But Now they want me to pay interest and the more I tell them my debt is paid they do not understand What should I do, I really need help What do you need from me to help me resolve these issues
