Good day, Dissapointed with the service from mtn Sa On the 20th of march i purchased a month to month router package and paid R410, R295 being contract amount, R115 being the pro rata fee as router was supposedly to be delivered 3days later 3days later i called mtn they said 7days is the minimum delivery time 7days later i called i was given the courier number and told it could take up to 14days to be delivered, when i called the courier they had no order at hand Fast forward on the 5th of april i called mtn for refund, submitted all paperwork, fast forward the 7th i was sent an email to submit proof of payment and id I sent all documents again on the 9th again 16th i called again and asked what the hold up was about, i was told to submit same documents again, and i did Still waiting on mtn till today.
