Good day Can you please assist me? I went to your branch at East Rand Mall on 30.12.3025 to request a contract on my number. Sam at the branch try to assist me but she informed met that I have a contract on number ***. This contract was never taken up and the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G has been take back to your branch at Harvest Mall with reference number IRMS***_1. It appears that the contract was not canceled although the phones has been returned. I have forwarded various emails and spoke to Nikkita as well as Sthandiwe with no luck. I received another email on 12.01.2026 which informed me to call *** option 3 to activate my number. Well needless to say, they could not assist me.
