Good Customer Service!

Saturday the 27th of June I visited MTN Cresta and was greeted with a smile. I was then screened and shown to have a seat until a consultant became available. Then I was assisted by a gentlemen named Pascal Ntulini, who made the experience at MTN comfortable and enjoyable.

While discussing my upgrade he asked a colleague to check for the particular phone I wanted, she returned empty handed. Pascal then went to double check and found it. Saying it’s our customers birthday we have to make her happy.

I would like to thank him for his effort and the great service. Please keep up the good work. It was truly a pleasurable experience considering the stress we are all currently experiencing during this time.
