Good Customer Service

<p>I was treated with some great customer service at the MTN Store in Carlton Centre, Johannesburg. I was applying for the Wowza Wednesday Deal (50GB per month) and a lady by the name of Nompumelelo Dolly Buthelezi was helping me. she was so clear and understanding and patient and explained all the details and conditions to me. even during the waiting period before my contract was approved she kept me updated. after my contract was approved, she explained to me how and when the data and minutes would be loaded.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wish MTN-SA can hire 500 more people like Dolly. Great Service.</p>
