Good coverage TERRIBLE customer service

I switched over to MTN from CellC die to coverage reasons (MTN coverage is excellent) BUT their costumer service is TERRIBLE and for some reason of you use prepaid you can buy a whatsapp bundle but if you have a contract you can't buy a whatsapp bundle (thanks for not letting me know that factor MTN) please get your MTN service champions or what ever you call them to be more professional like CellC
