Good attendance to customer complaint
After a long dispute with MTN on the monthly instalment for a phone contract. A compromise has been reached where my monthly premium is reduced to R238 p.m, from R458 p.m. The excess amount charged since May 2018 has been refunded to me. Attendance to Customer complaints by MTN is appreciated. Yello!!!
