Good and friendly service

The gentlemen was very efficient to assist me to upgrade three contracts. He explained every step we had to go through, explained each aspect of the contract and consequences of decisions I had to make. Where needed, he provided print-outs with step by step instructions I had to follow.<br> <br> The other staff overall was very professional and pleasant do deal with. Even when there were some other unreasonable and difficult customers, they continued to conduct themselves professionally.
