Going to ombudsman - no service or help from MTN - can't make calls on contract

I have phoned the MTN Customer Service for 2 months and about 10 times now, I've even gone into a MTN store and STILL my problem persists. I PAY R1369 per month for my contract but I cannot make calls. I am supposed to get 50 anytime minutes per month yet I don't get them and cannot make calls without purchasing extra anytime. This is costing me a fortune and has been the case ever since I upgraded in August. I'M GOING TO THE OMBUDSMAN. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
