Going on three Months and still no phone!!!! Stay away from MTN insurance, repairs or sales for that matter! PT. 3

I was promised someone will contact me but still waiting a week later for the third time. My first review stated "My iPhone just goes dead, I take it in to the MTN shop where I bought it they send it in, I get a sms asking if IMEI should fix it. After talking to a consultant at the shop he says I should reply with a yes and phone a number. I phoned the number the and they said I have to head back to the shop to get a claim form.. why they didn't give me one the two times I were already there I have no idea. I had to constantly follow up with the progress because IMEI apparently didn't receive the pay from the insurance. I had to act as a mediator between the two parties. Sometime later a consultant phones me asking when can he pick up my phone, I explain to him that he needs to send my phone to me it already is by them. He then said he will speak to his supervisor and three weeks went by and I still have heard nothing from him. So I decided to phone the after sales call center but after being on hold twice for 10 min each time I gave up. This is ridiculous! I know of other cellular service providers that would have the problem resolved in a quarter of the time and less effort! I am really getting fed up with MTN" I received a pone call last week from a consultant saying the system says my phone is fixed but she will get back to me as to where it actually is. Week after that I wrote another review and was promised I will be helped. I am still waiting. So I have decided I will write a review everyday until someone can tell me where my phone is!!!
