Going in circles. MTN ****ing with me!

If I could I wouldn't give them any stars right now. I have been a customer of MTN from 2011/2012 but what I'm experiencing with them now has no excuse. I upgraded my contract online in March. April I still paid for the old contract of which I didn't worry about as I upgraded after billing. April instead of being billed and paying for the new contract I'm billed including the device of the old contract. I called 135 for contract queries the lady I spoke to gave me a number to call and told me she can't help me as she can see what I see and doesn't know how to help me. I called the number she gave me but the message I git was that they are closed. May invoice came I was still billed for the device I had upgraded and on the 19th I called the lady I spoke to said she will log a call with the billing department to check and advice what was happening to date no one has gotten back to me.

To make matters worse on the 04 June I started receiving emails of a new contract registered in my name and I called 135 again the lady I spoke to told me she'll block the sim card and log a call with their ***** division. The 5th I received more emails of another contract being registered in my name. I called 135 again I spoke to Themba who wouldn't take my case and told me that those emails were from their ***** division as a case has been logged with them.

I then sent an email to MTN customer service with all my issues I was asked for my details for verification however 2 contracts were registered without them asking me for those details. Their response was not addressing my all my queries and was told that after upgrade I had to pay pro-rata but I'm not charged pro-rata I'm charged for a R705 for a device I just upgraded which has never happened before. Then I was provided with the ***** department email address to send a copy of my ID and s document explaiwhat transpired in order for them to investigate the 2 contracts registered in my name. I have sent an email to the ***** department explaining that I can't explain what transpired as I also want to know the same thing from them. To date I still have not received any response from MTN. I keep going 8n circles because tge auto response from their ***** department referred me to call 135 to log a complaint on my behalf but I have already done that and haven't heard anything from MTN.

Yesterday(15/6/2021) I recieved another email fir a contract that is registered in my name abd when I sent an email to MTN customer service I still get the same response that I must send a copy of my ID and explain what transpired. How can I explain what transpired when I'm also trying to find that out from them. It's 3 months now and none of my queries have been addressed by MTN and doesn't seem like they even read an email because they only respond to the first part of the email if they respond and don't address the rest or they just don't respond at all.

Now I'm caught between a rock and a hard place as I'm not getting any response from MTN and no one can tell me how much I need to pay to cancel my current contract so I'm currently stuck with this contract for the next 24 months. I don't even know what to do and it's frustrating
