Going an extra mile :-)
I put in my claim yesterday and today when i called back there were things that were outstanding, because it is so frustrating being without a phone, Kwenza made sure that my ITC was verified, made sure i sent my ID which was outstanding, made sure i send him the doc i got from the Police and also made sure that my claim is being accessed and got approved and also made sure i made the payment, this all happened while I was on the line, the guys understood my frustration and made sure all is done for me, i really appreciate such rare customer service, thank you Kwenza Ngubane - Claims Administrator from Monitor Administrators
