Go to hell MTN

I am so sick of this network provider after 10 years in 2022 - 2023 that just started it's going pear shaped. I can't wait for this contract to come to an end cause now I'm fed up. My line is currently suspended I made payment last month at Canal Walk and upon visiting MTN to where I found that somehow my bill was changed. I wanted to make a payment but was advised my other payment not reflecting so I submited my bank statement as proof , come this morning I cant make use of service and so how I'm told to make another payment my question is what are you people doing is anybody doing what they suppose to ????????????
