Go check your BIS status

In a prior complaint about monthly BIS charges I didn't request (since I haven't used a BB for over 18 months), MTN contacted Nashua's help desk to enquire about the problem. Below is Nashua's response to Timothy Clout:

Hi Timothy,

Kindly note the service was activated due to a system error in August 2014 when the lines were tested for migration to MTN.

I apologise for the inconvenience caused on the account.

I will refund the client till their November 2014 invoice. Kindly pass credit on your end as well and remove the service.

Please forward me the client's banking details for the money to be refunded to

Regards,
Shadrack

That was one month ago today. MTN did refund me for the BIS charges since my account was transferred to them, but they still haven't provided Nashua with my banking detail. I'm not going to do it for fear of internet ***** etc. So please, will you provide it to Nashua? Makes me wonder how many other customers are blissfully unaware of being charged monthly for BIS...
