i am now sick and tired of mtn i ordered a lte Router and Sim card and paid the upfront fee the asked for , i waited weeks only to find out mtn cancelled my order without telling me . since the first of june ive been emailing them requesting for a refund , who ever is responciple for their mail box is stupid you cant keep asking me for the same things over and over again to my suprice this morning after ive been sending them docs they asked me to give them full discribtion of my query do they can help . you wait for MTN to respond to ur email after Two days only for tem to come ack and ask u for ur ID again , and for another two days for them to ask u how they can help u . ive dealth with more than 10 people on one email request with no resolution , tehy are holding on to my funds i cannot get myself a router , what inconvenience i work from home i need access to data 24 seven i use their sim card on my phone ive to buy data everyday cause i do not have wifi yet they holding on to my money .
