Giving pensioners the run around and suspending phones without cause

I realized there was a mistake and that the debit order for February did not go through, I went into the Mokopane branch to pay may account cash. A few days after payment, my account got suspended. I went into the store to query the suspension and was told that they are still busy with it. I complained about it and they told me that it will be resolved. On Monday 28/03 I went back, it was still not resolved, they told me I had to pay another month's fee and it will be reactivated immediately, I did so, and by Tuesday my phone was activated. Today my phone is suspended again. My niece called Richard, who assisted me, and he advised "use another phone and call customer care", she asked him to please sort it out and give feedback. An hour and a half later when following up, she was told he was actually busy with a customer and he will get to it, she expressed that I too am a customer. Ironically when I was in the store, I had to wait for him to assist a customer over the phone, yet, either way I am not being assisted. This is unacceptable, I am a pensioner and live on a farm, I have no other means of communication and cannot afford to drive into town and sit in the store for hours, and still not to be assisted. I need this problem resolved now. When I expressed to Richard that I will put in a complaint, he said it is fine, I must do so, that is the level of service one received at your store. I have also mentioned to him that I have been called to ask if I requested a sim swop, I said no, and was told that they will forward a reference number, I have not received this number, and nor did he do anything about this matter. Your urgent attention will be appreciated, as nothing can be expected from your store's side.
