Given a new number when I have requested to be ported to my number

I have taken a contract with MONDO which works under MTN, I requested that I want my number I have had since 1999 to be ported to MTN so it can be attached to the new contract, instead the gave me a different number and have been sent from pillar to post. I am cancelling this nonsense. I am ****ed.
