Give my Airtime back

No Matter how good the deal, MTN is the worst to deal with.

From the inception of my contract I was **** to but with that I will not go into detail.

However after 24 months my contract has come to an end on the 29th of September 2025, I opted to not renew my contract and the month to month facility and move to prepaid.

Could you not believe that I had a balance of R649.00 of airtime that was removed from my sim card.

On the 28th of September I received R285.00, I then had a balance of R649.00 all which was then removed from my account on the 29th and then my last debit order for my contract went off my account on the 30th of September.

This is theft, I have been phoning the whole week. I cannot believe how **** there service is, why would R649 of airtime be removed from my account and even if it was because my contract ended how the hell can I use R285 of airtime in one month.

Pathetic every single department and I got sent through to all of them. Pathetic
