Give me my airtime back

<p>Purchased R60 and R5 MTN airtime on 27 July 2017. At around 20:00 I loaded the R5 thereafter the R60. In a matter of seconds, the R60 disappears. Thereafter, I call to enquire and you say you can't help and that I must wait 2 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>You're such *******. I know of a few people this has happened to. Either you're *****ing one's data or one's airtime. That is THEFT!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly refund my R60.</p>
