Ghosting complaints

It has come to my attention that ignoring your customers complaints has become one of your ****tiest and nastiest principles that you are now practicing. I want to have this contract canceled asap and if you can't assist I'll gladly stop paying and take legal action when you start issuing me with letters cause this is not the 1st time I've made this request without getting any response from you and I have proof to back me up. I regret signing up with you cause you are clueless when it comes to customer service.
