Getting statements is a nightmare!!!!
I have requested statement for tax return purposes from February 2019 to February 2020. This has still not bee supp**** after a week of correspondence with customer care back and forth.
They keep saying its been prosed and I will receive it in 24h. This is not the case and I have not received anything at all.

Its ridiculous that you cant just log in online and download these statements. Its an issue every single year. Why its limited to the past 3 months I have know Idea... I also don't understand why MTN is the only company that do not just sent a PDF statements on a monthly basis. The electronic statements are useless as the link becomes obsolete after 3 months...
Please assist as I do not know what I can possibly do more to get my statements.
