Getting run around to block ****** PHONE

I called MTN from 10am to report and block the phone i have been send from pillar to post I spoke with Prudence who promise to whitelist my phone which she never did i call after 30min as per her advise only to find out she didnt . I lost my phone now I have to beg mtn to block my phone this is very annoying sheim your service is sinking deep to ocean , now those ******* will enjoy my hard earned phone. Prudence are you working with those *********???????????
