Getting paid up letter

I have been calling customer service and legal department regarding my paid up letter since Monday. One agent promised it will take until Friday but another agent said It might take 21 days. I am so frastruated because I need this letter for my Bond Approval. Customer service is very poor and they cancel my calls.
